PLL's Boyd Stevens Selected as an Umpire for East Region Tournament

Little League® International has announced the umpires who will volunteer their time at each of the East Region tournaments across all divisions in 2025, and PLL Volunteer Umpire Boyd Stevens has been selected to umpire in the Little League Baseball Regional Tournament in Bristol, CT.

This is a great honor for Stevens and Portsmouth Little League. It's his second assignment to Bristol for baseball after doing two World Series in other divisions the last two years: Intermediate Division in CA in 2023 and Senior Division in SC in 2024.

The tournament is Aug. 2-8, 2025. All games will be televised on ESPN + or ESPN. Only eight (8) umpires were selected for the tournament, so Stevens will get the opportunity to work a lot of games and log some serious airtime!
